Rare Saab Found on an Island
Visiting from Jersey, owner Jack introduces us to a one-of-a-kind car from the Channel Islands.
Good morning or afternoon to you all, wherever you might be!
Our latest episode has arrived, and with speedy efficiency following on from our last episode all about this years Swedish Day which we published two weeks ago.
That episode covered all th cars and drivers of the annual event, where clubs from Saab, Volvo, Polestar and Scania were present. The sun shone, and everyone had fun. We even won an award for contributions to Saab for the work we have done over the past few years!
It’s a Wrap
Our latest episode JUST went out (video below!) and we have to say its one we are more proud of than most as not only do we feel as though we have fallen into a groove and figured out how everything works (including finding my own visual style), but also the car we have on screen has got to be one of the best yet.

Requested by owner Jack, we were invited to take a closer look at a rare and wonderful mystery car - heralding from Jersey, one of the Channel Islands.
We were eager for clues as we first sat down to speak with Jack, but after a few sneaky hints we were in for the reveal…
One of only two ever registered on the island, this pristine 2010 Saab NG95 is a unicorn of the Saab world - not only for its rarity in its homeland, but also for its condition and spec level.
Being a 2010, this is an early edition and one of the oldest NG95’s out there.
Unlike many others on the road this one is a manual, not an auto. It also bears different upholstery choices as well. Additional to any stock differences, Jack has also taken pride in owning this model, and has invested a pretty penny to take the ‘rough around the edges’ model he purchased a few years ago, and bring it up to show standard.
ESQS Bling
Jack loves his wheels.
Saab have always designed some pretty unique and eye-catching wheels over the years, from the classic Football pattern to the 3 spoke. ESQS designs, crafts and delivers typically SAAB style wheels, through a bespoke ordering service. Sure, they are pricey, but what you receive are one of a kind brand new custom made wheels for your ride, whilst still remaining visibly, typically SAAB.
The Main Attraction
Without further ado, we invite you grab a cuppa sit back and enjoy this edition of TalkSteer (yes we haven’t used that name in a while - shall we bring it back?) here at Saab Stories.
Thank you dearly for tuning in and following our show. We hope you enjoy our latest adventure, and join us again for our next one.

Peter and Freya
